Features for Patrons with Disabilities
All entrances to the Thurmont Event Complex are wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Thurmont Event Complex a special elevator is available to provide access to the stage area for those needing access.
Disabled Parking
For your convenience, there are designated disabled parking spaces located directly in front of our main entrance. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Customers may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Thurmont Event Complex, park their car in one of the lots, and then meet that person inside.
Guide Dogs/Service Animals
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted/allowed to assist guests inside the complex. The service animal must remain under the control of its handler. Please notify the complex at the time of ticket purchase if special accommodations are required for the service animal. All other animals are prohibited.
